Details:

To receive a refund of the donation amount, donates in order to receive a diabetic-dieting ebook, the donator must send an e-mail using the contact me form on the following page: www.diabetic-dieting.com/contact-me.html.

Please enter the phrase "Refund Request" into the subject box of the contact me form. Please also include your Full Name, Email Address, Billing Address in the "enter message" box of the contact me form.

The Full Name, Email Address and Billing Address entered in the contact me form must be the same information submitted when the donation was made.

Refunds cannot be honored without all of this information. Refunds requests received within 30 days of the donation date will be honored with a 100% full refund.

Any requests received after the 30 day money back guarantee has ended will unfortunately, not be refunded. If a refund request has been fulfilled with a refund, the donator may still keep the diabetic-dieting ebook but must still agree to the copyright and legal laws disclosed within the ebook.
